SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are made to order and may take around 1 week to make and dispatch. If the item is needed for a specific date, please get in touch and we can see what we can do for you.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may take longer but we will contact you via email if this is case.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. NZ orders over $100 will receive free shipping. For larger orders, we recommend the courier option. Estimated delivery time is from dispatch (you will receive confirmation of dispatch). For deliveries to rural addresses, please select RURAL DELIVERY at checkout.
Customs, duty, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any items lost via post and can unfortunately not be replaced/refunded.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item arrives faulty, doesn't fit quite right, or you've simply changed your mind. Just get in touch by emailing email@example.com within 14 days of delivery and I'll be sure to sort something out for you. Due to health/hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a fault.
Personalised or bespoke items can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (unless faulty) and are non-refundable. All returns must be returned unworn, in its original condition.
